Eivind is super knowledgable about the the area and conditions out here and for our day trip he chose the perfect location. We had super calm, perfect winter kayaking conditions. The gear he provided was superb, high-quality and worked great. So did the kayaks themselves. Eivind equipped us from head to toe and we felt comfy, warm and dry throughout the whole tour. He was super nice and easy to talk to, shared his knowledge about the arctic nature and we could feel that he loves what he is doing.   This was one of our favourite experiences in Tromso. Organising the trip was super easy as Eivind replied quickly to emails and answered all the questions we had.
... read more /> On the day, we got the bus to Eidjkosen bus stop and Eivind was waiting to pick us up. He drove us to his house where we were given thermal and waterproof kayaking suits and gloves. The experience was amazing, and the views, and Eivind was a really great guide. He took pictures of us kayaking, didn't mind when we slowed down to take photos ourselves whilst kayaking, and was really chatty and friendly.

We stopped for hot chocolate on the shore half way through and got to see some wild reindeers! The kayaking was tiring but amazing, and Eivind adapted the tour to suit our abilities and we could kayak at whatever pace was best for us.

Would recommend this to anyone visiting Tromso!
